During Session 3, teams from across the nation traveled to the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) and occupied North, South, and the West Concourse. With more than 210 courts with nonstop action, athletes were giving it their all. Teams played with dreams of making it to a title game on the championship courts at OCCC and ESPN Wide World of Sports. Who would hold the trophy high at the end?

The action started with pool play serving it up on June 23. Friday, June 24, was one of the staples of the AAU Junior National Volleyball Championships with the Dig Pink Campaign. As part of the AAU Cares initiative, AAU is again partnering with the Side-Out Foundation as an official Dig Pink Campaign location to raise money for breast cancer research. All participants were encouraged to wear pink for AAU’s Dig Pink Day on June 24. For more information on the 2022 Dig Pink Campaign, click here.

On the court, the competition was back and forth each day. Once pool play was concluded, brackets were set and it was time to find the best of the best in each division. ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex hosted the Gold division championship play. Watch ESPN and BallerTV were streaming all of the action live.
